The General Manager role at Seventy Six Taverns is pivotal to maintaining the company's renowned "We Win Heart Service" culture and consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences. Managing daily operations, the General Manager must oversee cash handling and reconciliation procedures, monitor labor and inventory costs, and ensure all staffing requirements are met to support seamless service delivery.

This position requires a hands-on leader who is capable of stepping in to fill roles as needed to uphold guest service standards, alongside making employment and termination decisions aligned with company policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering supplies, including liquor, small wares, paper goods, and office essentials, while mentoring and coaching employees daily to foster a motivated and skilled team.

With a minimum of two years of gaming and management experience required, the ideal General Manager will have a strong understanding of gaming and compliance regulations, excellent knowledge of food and beverage and front-of-house operations, and proven leadership skills within a tavern or similar hospitality environment. The role demands physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and a flexible work schedule to accommodate varying business needs.
