The group manages an exclusive portfolio of properties strategically located in Morgan Hill and Hollister, encompassing a range of urban and rural assets including boutique hotels, renowned restaurants, wineries, and premier event venues. This collective is dedicated to providing unparalleled and unique hospitality experiences that inspire guests to savor, celebrate, and create memorable moments in both everyday and once-in-a-lifetime special occasions. Each Leal property is committed to exceptional service, combining comfort and style with outstanding culinary and wine offerings to captivate guests at every touchpoint. From intimate dinners to large-scale weddings and corporate events, Leal Hospitality Group prides itself on delivering personalized and exceptional experiences that reflect the essence and charm of the Central Coast region.

Within this thriving hospitality environment, we are excited to offer the role of Tasting Room Associate. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that every guest visiting any of our tasting rooms enjoys a welcoming and memorable experience. Collaborating closely with the team, the Tasting Room Associate will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and promptly, guiding them in selecting wines suited to their tastes, managing daily operations such as setting up and cleaning the tasting rooms, handling inventory and transactions with accuracy, and actively promoting the sale of wines and non-wine merchandise. This role is deeply customer-focused and requires a passion for wine, hospitality, and delivering excellent service. In addition to daily service duties, the associate will support special events hosted by Leal properties, providing consistent and professional service whether on-site or at affiliated off-site locations. This position demands flexibility with scheduling, including availability during weekends, holidays, and evenings as business needs dictate.

Tasting Room Associates will also provide guests with educational information about our wines, winemaking processes, winery history, and event opportunities. Through knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly customer interactions, associates will help deepen guests’ appreciation of our products and encourage participation in our quarterly wine club and upcoming events. The position fosters a team environment where communication and cooperation among co-workers and management are essential, ensuring smooth operations and an inviting atmosphere. Moreover, the role requires adherence to company policies on appearance and safety, including maintaining necessary certifications such as the California Food Handler Certificate and Responsible Beverage Server Training Certificate.

Overall, this is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the wine and hospitality industry who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and award-winning organization. We value accuracy, organization, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. If you love engaging with guests, have a knack for sales, and enjoy working in a lively and supportive environment, becoming part of the Leal Hospitality Group could be your next great career move.
