Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
- passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Job Duties

- learn food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide guests
- prepare and maintain clean, stocked service station
- restock and maintain product displays
- support team with carryout orders and guest service
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- welcome guests warmly and build personalized relationships
- share Cooper's Hawk story and invite guests to join the Wine Club
- introduce tastings and special retail items to enhance guest experience
