The role of Taste Ambassador Coordinator at AE Dairy is a crucial part-time position within the Marketing team, designed for an organized, energetic, and people-focused individual. This job involves coordinating AE Dairy's in-store sampling program, which directly engages consumers by offering product tastings in grocery stores throughout the region. The Taste Ambassador Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the Sales team and the Taste Ambassadors, ensuring all sampling events are appropriately staffed, supplied, and run smoothly. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this position supports team leadership, administrative operations, and event coordination.
Taste Ambassadors represent AE Dairy by introducing customers to new and favorite products at grocery store sampling events. The coordinator ensures that these ambassadors have the necessary resources, schedules events efficiently, and maintains clear communication between departments and retail locations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work independently while fostering a positive and professional team environment. Additionally, the coordinator monitors and submits payroll, tracks the effectiveness of sampling activities, and supports the execution of weekend events.
The position demands physical stamina, such as standing for extended periods and the capability to handle products and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds. Reliable transportation is necessary for visiting local grocery stores. AE Dairy offers a flexible part-time work schedule primarily on Mondays and Thursdays at their headquarters, complemented by sampling event shifts during weekends. Job Duties
