Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in hospitality management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site at the hotel
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to communicate effectively in person and by phone
- Physical ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stoop, kneel, and ascend and descend ladders
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to conduct financial and operational reviews
- Knowledge of sales strategy development
- Experience in team building and talent development
- Understanding of brand standards and guest satisfaction practices
Job Duties
- Exercise managerial skill to make frequent decisions, meet deadlines, and negotiate vendor contracts
- Restructure property operations to consolidate duplicate functions and align responsibilities
- Stabilize operations, processes, and procedures to maintain efficiency
- Ensure budgets and monthly forecasts are prepared and conduct financial and operational reviews
- Enforce brand standards across all departments
- Build a talent-based organization through team member selection and development
- Implement guest and team member satisfaction initiatives using Peregrine's core guides
- Monitor occupancy, rates, and demand forecasts and recommend rate adjustments
- Develop sales strategies to increase volume and market share
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
