This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering exceptional guest service. The Assistant Front Office Manager will assist the Front Office Manager by overseeing daily front desk activities, managing staff, and enforcing policies and procedures designed to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This full-time position primarily covers the evening shift, guaranteeing that a Manager on Duty is always available during these hours.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently, and a strong focus on customer service. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year supervisory or management experience in a hotel front office
- previous cash handling responsibility
- ability to work evening shifts
- strong interpersonal skills
- computer literacy
