Job Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of Marriott Full Service kitchen operations
culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus

Job Duties

assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high quality and efficient food production
maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
assist in menu planning and development
train and mentor junior kitchen staff
