Known for its robust company culture and commitment to excellence in hospitality service, Tharaldson focuses on delivering unparalleled guest experiences while fostering a collaborative and professional workplace environment for its employees. With plans to expand its hotel portfolio in the next three years, Tharaldson promises exciting growth and advancement opportunities for its team members. The company offers competitive pay packages, comprehensive employee benefits, and a friendly yet challenging work atmosphere where strong service standards are valued and encouraged.

The Task Force Sales Manager position at Tharaldson is a dynamic and pivotal role designed for a highly adaptable and energetic sales professional. This role primarily supports the Northern California hotels, with some responsibilities extending to Southern California properties when needed. The Task Force Sales Manager offers short-term and mid-term sales assistance, filling in critical sales leadership roles during periods of transition such as vacancies, leaves of absence, or onboarding phases. This role requires frequent travel within California, including overnight stays, and demands a hands-on approach to quickly rebuild sales pipelines, identify new business opportunities, and maintain key accounts.

Ideal candidates for this position have at least two years of experience in hotel sales, exhibit strong strategic account management skills, and thrive in independently driven environments. Proficiency in sales and booking systems such as STS, Delphi, and experience with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG sales applications are highly preferred. The Task Force Sales Manager works closely with general managers, directors of sales, and regional leadership to ensure seamless sales operations and revenue growth during transitional periods. Beyond providing immediate sales coverage, this position plays a critical role in assessing sales performance and implementing recovery plans to meet hotel revenue goals.

Tharaldson provides a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience, flexible work schedules, daily pay options, and various employee benefits covering medical, dental, vision, 401k, and profit sharing. The company culture emphasizes career progression, work-life balance, and employee well-being, making it an excellent opportunity for hospitality sales professionals seeking to elevate their careers in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
