Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or hospitality
- experience running a market, property, or operation autonomously
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- ability to triage under pressure and prioritize effectively
- comfort with 80% travel requirement
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to build trust quickly
- proximity to a major travel hub preferred
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or hospitality
- experience running a market, property, or operation autonomously
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- ability to triage and make decisions under pressure
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- comfort with frequent travel and ambiguity
Job Duties
- Deploy to Landing markets to cover General Manager leave
- own full market operations including member experience and property relationships
- coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor activities
- monitor and report on market KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
- evaluate unit quality to ensure compliance with company standards
- liaise with property management to resolve maintenance and member concerns
- coordinate new home installations and support market growth
- prepare and manage VIP guest bookings
- ensure seamless handoffs with AGM and Hub Manager
- provide auxiliary training when not on assignment
