Job Requirements
- Must have 5 plus years of experience as a department supervisor or manager in select service hotels
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Multi unit experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Experience with Hilton Marriott or Hyatt brands
- Travel is approximately 100 percent with overnight travel required
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Satisfactory criminal background screening required
- Professional references

Job Duties
- Ensures operational excellence by providing support critique and guidance to hotels
- Must have working knowledge hands on experience with multiple property management systems
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist with onboarding and training of new managers and supervisors
- Provide comprehensive sales support to properties as required including overseeing sales teams assisting with sales activities and ensuring alignment with company sales initiatives
- Ensure proper administration of company policies and procedures for protecting the safety of guests and employees
- When not assigned to a hotel property the Task Force Manager will support the corporate team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed
- Assist hotel managers during property transitions by providing operational support and training
