Job Description

We are a leading hotel management company renowned for our consistent success and excellence within the hospitality industry. Specializing in overseeing a diverse portfolio of hotel properties across the United States, our company prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of operational performance across all our managed locations. We have built a reputation for nurturing strong partnerships with prominent hotel brands such as Marriott, Choice Hotels, and IHG, which illustrates our commitment to quality, brand standards, and innovative management practices. Our organization is deeply focused on fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment where leadership talent can thrive and grow while steering properties toward operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Currently, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Traveling Hotel Task Force General Manager to join our leadership team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive general management experience across major branded hotels, particularly Marriott, Choice, and IHG properties. The primary objective of this role is to provide crucial leadership and oversight for various properties across the USA, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position functions as an interim leader who will stabilize and strengthen existing operational teams during transitional periods until permanent management candidates are identified and placed.

As a Traveling Hotel Task Force General Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and strategic direction of assigned hotel properties. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of branded hotel standards and operational best practices to enhance team performance, guest satisfaction, and overall property profitability. This role demands strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide diverse teams, as well as a deep understanding of hotel operations including financial management, guest services, staff development, and administrative processing.

This position is unique in that it requires a significant amount of travel—typically involving stays at hotel properties for two weeks at a time or longer depending on the needs of each assignment. Flexibility and willingness to be on the road is essential. The Traveling Hotel Task Force General Manager must be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of quickly assessing operational challenges and implementing effective solutions to meet and exceed brand standards.

In addition to operational leadership, the candidate will oversee important administrative tasks such as accounts payable processing and consistent reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. This role is pivotal to maintaining financial integrity and operational transparency while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

We offer a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage as well as a 401K enrollment option. Our team values dedication, professionalism, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion and require background checks to ensure the highest standards of trust and security.

If you are a highly motivated, experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record in managing branded hotels and who thrives on the challenge of making immediate impacts across multiple properties, we encourage you to apply and help us continue our legacy of excellence in the hotel management industry.
