The role of Task Force General Manager with HMC is a dynamic and challenging position that requires extensive travel—up to 100 percent—across multiple locations nationwide. This hands-on position involves directly managing hotel operations in transition states, where the General Manager acts as the property's leader, overseeing all aspects of daily operations. Responsibilities include managing revenues and cost control, developing and leading a small team, ensuring exemplary guest services, and maintaining the physical property to high standards.
