Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or supervisory experience in food and beverage
- valid food/beverage service permit if required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read, write and speak English
- meet minimum age requirement as per local laws
- willingness to work varied shifts
- no health or safety threats to self or others
- proficiency in basic math and language skills
Job Qualifications
- read, write and speak English
- two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
- two years banquet management experience preferred
- food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- effective communication skills with public and employees
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- previous supervisory or management experience
- knowledge of 8th grade math level
- high school reasoning level
- 12th grade language use level
- ability to ensure workplace safety and health
