As a member of the Taskforce, you will have the opportunity to influence and lead teams across multiple locations, developing a deep understanding of hotel financial operations, tax compliance, budgeting, reporting, and profitability analysis. Your responsibilities will include interviewing, selecting, training, and coaching staff, while also monitoring the overall financial performance of each hotel. You will collaborate closely with hotel management to analyze financial data, provide insightful recommendations, and ensure all financial reports are accurate and submitted on time. In addition, you will safeguard assets through a robust control environment and identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities during budget reviews.

This role demands a high degree of travel and flexibility, as you will be required to relocate temporarily among multiple properties to meet operational needs. The work environment involves varied schedules, including holidays and weekends, combined with the physical capability to sit for extended periods and perform light lifting.
