Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- no experience required and on the job training provided
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- may require a CDL with specific class and endorsement
- ability to work some morning and evening hours
- must pass background and driving record checks
Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- prior experience as a passenger shuttle driver preferred
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- good communication skills
- capability to perform vehicle inspections
- ability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- basic knowledge of safety and transportation regulations
Job Duties
- Transport passengers to and from assigned locations
- ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including those with special needs
- assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage
- inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance of shuttle vehicles
- provide excellent customer service and respond courteously to guest inquiries
- maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate evacuation activities
- report any incidents or claims to management immediately
- refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and fuel logs
- disinfect shuttle after each use
- perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities ensuring compliance with safety standards
