Job Requirements
- ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- able to climb ladders safely
- capable of scanning, handling, and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to work in a range of temperatures from 34°F to -10°F
- able to work in environments with common allergens present
- capable of remaining mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- effective guest communication and service skills
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests and prioritizing their needs
- uphold and maintain the execution of food and beverage standards and Starbucks brand standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, and inventory accuracy
- support the Starbucks Drive-Up process ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- maintain cleanliness and an inviting dining area for guests throughout all hours of operation
- engage with guests genuinely to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- comply with all food safety requirements and complete required trainings related to quality control
