The role of Taproom Manager at RBC is a full-time position based in Ft Myers, FL, essential to delivering a superior experience for both guests and staff in the new brewery location. The Taproom Manager works closely with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and General Manager (GM) to oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring that every aspect of the brewery’s service meets high standards of quality and hospitality. This role is integral to enforcing policies, coordinating staffing schedules, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a lively and positive workplace culture aligned with RBC’s core values and energetic vibe.

As a key member of the management team, the Taproom Manager is expected to cultivate an environment that reflects the brand’s FU Awesome energy, history, and passion for craft beer, cider, and cocktails. The ideal candidate will bring a strong leadership presence, operational expertise, and a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry. Adapting to the vibrant brewery culture, the manager will ensure that guests enjoy memorable experiences while team members feel motivated, supported, and well-trained. Given the dynamic nature of the restaurant and brewery industry, candidates must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a starting salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with education, experience, and performance during the interview process.
