The position open is for a Seasonal Taproom Associate within Odell Brewing's Taproom Team, focused on providing an exceptional on-site guest experience during the busy summer season. This is a temporary, part-time role primarily working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts ranging from 15 to 20 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The role requires flexibility, including the willingness to work most weekends, evenings, and some holidays, with employment concluding in late September or early October. As a Taproom Associate, the primary responsibility is to deliver hospitable, engaging, and memorable experiences to guests at both the brewery and winery taprooms. The role demands teamwork, a positive attitude, and consistent reinforcement of Odell Brewing’s brand and its commitment to quality and service. Associates will be involved in bartending, assisting guests with beer and wine orders, presenting products to meet Odell’s high standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Additional duties include changing kegs, managing merchandise and inventory, supporting special events, and conducting tours and tastings.
