- Must have weekend late-night availability
- Must be able to work the grill or the fryer station
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain standards

- Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours

Job Duties
- Maintaining mise en place of the station
- Communicating with the chef about the station prep needs
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Small knife work tasks like chopping herbs and vegetables
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure food safety procedures are followed
- Understand the tickets and allergy protocols with food preparation
- Assisting with other prep tasks as they are needed by the chef and teammates
- Ensure all dishes are plated attractively and served at the correct temperature
