The role involves maintaining a robust tracking system for upcoming cultural and sporting events, updating detailed documents about upcoming film, TV, book releases, major sporting events, and award shows that inform talent sourcing. You will provide essential logistical support for onsite guest appearances, collaborate closely with the Talent Relations team on guest bookings, and assist with the launch of new shows. Managing calendars for performance review check-ins and conducting talent research for various projects including programming and live events are key elements as well. Acting as a liaison between the Talent Relations team and the legal department will be crucial for clear communication and effective record management. You will also be instrumental in establishing workflows and check-in protocols with show teams, producers, and managers to optimize collaboration and project success.
