The company is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Corporate office. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting Pinnacle Contracting Services and its sister company, Southern Design, by attracting, sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs across multiple departments. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is not only responsible for filling vacancies but also for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. This involves working closely with hiring managers to accurately identify staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and execute timely hiring efforts.

The role requires frequent travel, particularly between the Triad area of North Carolina and the Atlanta, Georgia area, including attendance at job fairs, schools, hiring events, and job sites to engage potential candidates. It demands a professional who is comfortable spending a significant portion of their time on the road, capable of independently managing recruiting initiatives while also collaborating with teams internally. Alongside recruitment duties, this specialist will handle administrative compliance by maintaining accurate applicant and employee records, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, and tracking recruiting metrics to report on ongoing staffing performance.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated recruiter to join a growing construction services business that values people and fosters a supportive workplace environment. With competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, and company-sponsored events, Pinnacle Contracting Services provides a rewarding and stable career path. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of four years of full-cycle recruiting experience and possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the capacity to learn new HR software quickly. Applicants are required to submit a resume and complete the company’s Cultural Index survey as part of the application process. Pinnacle is an equal employment opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in all employment decisions.
