Job Description

Good Place Holdings is a passionate organization dedicated to fostering thriving and sustainable workplaces by applying Good Place principles and values focused on helping people grow, contribute, and flourish. At its core, the company is committed to building Good Places where its teams work and live, emphasizing economic regeneration, personal potential, and community impact. This innovative company sees work not just as a task but as a transformative environment where individuals reach their full potential, and organizations thrive because of their people. Good Place Holdings believes in creating a culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated, which in turn leads to exceptional performance and positive change in the broader community.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at Good Place Holdings plays a pivotal role in manifesting these values by managing the recruitment process and shaping the candidate experience. This position is not merely about filling vacancies; it is about stewarding the front door of the organization, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to respect, inclusion, and mission alignment. The coordinator works closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and role expectations, manage job postings, and source candidates through multiple channels, including community partnerships and educational institutions.

This full-cycle recruitment specialist actively builds strong talent pipelines to meet both current and future needs. Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring all pre-employment processes are properly conducted. The role also involves building trusting relationships with candidates, representing Good Place Holdings at job fairs and community events, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. The coordinator contributes to onboarding, making sure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success, thus reinforcing the company culture from the outset.

Ideal candidates for this role bring 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with an associate degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent judgment, and a proactive service-oriented mindset. Certifications like SHRM or HRCI are desirable but not mandatory.

Work is primarily office-based with occasional hybrid flexibility permitted. Good Place Holdings offers a supportive environment where your efforts contribute to something bigger—strengthening teams and building organizations that positively impact their communities. Joining Good Place Holdings means being part of a team that values people beyond roles and embraces the mission to make the world a better place through thoughtful, values-driven work and sustainable organizational growth.
