Founded in 1960, Four Seasons operates a collection of upscale hotels and resorts in prime locations worldwide, offering a combination of luxury, comfort, and impeccable customer service. The company has established itself as a leader in the hospitality industry by fostering a unique culture that values its employees and guarantees a high level of service to its clientele. The company prides itself on creating a supportive work environment where every team member is encouraged to push boundaries, improve their skills, and contribute to a world-class employee experience and outstanding company culture.

Located in Southern California, one of Four Seasons' exclusive properties offers guests a serene escape that combines wellness and luxury. Situated at the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, near Malibu and Santa Barbara, this hotel embodies a balanced lifestyle with a focus on health and wellbeing. It features the Center for Health & Wellbeing, a luxury destination dedicated to rejuvenation and wellness, providing guests with a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that invites relaxation and reconnection. This location sets itself apart by merging the beauty of California's coastal and mountain environment with an upscale, yet approachable hospitality ethos.

Within this vibrant and dynamic setting, the Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead role is critical to fostering the continued growth and success of the property. The TA Lead will serve as a key partner to hiring managers and HR leadership, providing coaching on recruitment strategies, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences, and managing critical leadership hires up to the department head level. By building meaningful relationships with universities, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, and continuously improving recruitment strategies, this role supports the hotel's mission to attract, hire, and retain high-quality, diverse talent aligned with Four Seasons' values.

The TA Lead will utilize tools like Workday to maintain comprehensive candidate records and recruitment metrics, ensuring a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. A significant aspect of the role involves developing innovative programs to strengthen the employer brand, promote internal mobility, and support overall employee value propositions. The TA Lead also contributes to employee development by advising on training needs and coordinating community and educational outreach initiatives such as hotel tours for students.

This role offers a competitive salary range between $76,600 and $81,600 and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) matching plan, complimentary stays worldwide, meals in the Wellness Café, life insurance, on-site parking, and ongoing training and development opportunities. Four Seasons fosters an inclusive work environment and is an Equal Opportunity employer, inviting candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. The TA Lead position not only provides a chance to shape the property's workforce but also the opportunity to contribute to a globally respected brand that values personal and professional growth, wellbeing, and exceptional guest service.
