Talbott Hotel operates under the umbrella of Evolution Hospitality, a dedicated lifestyle vertical of Aimbridge. Evolution Hospitality is known for crafting distinct lifestyle experiences across a curated collection of independent, luxury, boutique, lifestyle, and soft brand hotels, as well as accompanying restaurants, bars, and lounges across North America. The company emphasizes a balance between culture and results, fostering a team environment grounded in honesty, humility, intellect, and the pursuit of personal and professional growth. This blend of qualities ensures that Evolution Hospitality remains a world-class operation renowned for its caring and brilliant team members.

The Food & Beverage Manager role at Talbott Hotel is pivotal in driving exceptional dining experiences that align with the hotel's elegant standards. This overtime-eligible position demands leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. The manager acts as the captain of hospitality, ensuring that every guest from lounge to banquet feels welcomed and valued. This role requires coaching and training the team to maintain smooth shifts and uphold the high standards expected by the hotel. Beyond guest interaction, the manager oversees compliance with grooming, safety, and certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Administrative duties form a substantial part of the role, where the manager handles payroll, scheduling, and detailed reporting that tracks staff hours and productivity. Quality control is critical, with responsibility for maintaining the presentation and taste of food, managing inventory, and orchestrating promotions that keep offerings fresh and exciting. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as the manager must quickly address guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.

This dynamic position also requires versatility and positivity, as the manager analyzes reports, participates in meetings, and steps in wherever needed to support the team. Candidates should bring a minimum of five years of progressive hospitality experience or possess a relevant college degree coupled with related experience. Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing is expected, alongside strong financial and arithmetic skills. Preferred qualifications include supervisory experience, excellent decision-making capabilities, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Talbott Hotel offers an attractive benefits package for its full-time employees after an initial waiting period. Benefits include daily pay options, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income plans, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan. The Food & Beverage Manager role presents an exciting opportunity to lead in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment where service and style merge seamlessly.
