Job Requirements
- Two to three years serving experience in upscale establishment
- valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
- availability to work part-time, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
- ability to start shifts at 3 pm
- valid work authorization for the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years serving experience in upscale establishment
- hotel or resort experience preferred
- valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
- level 1 Sommelier preferred
Job Duties
- Fully understanding the menu, including entrees, preparation and taste
- using Point of Sale system
- coordinating food timing and transporting items to the guest table
- assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
- building rapport with the guest with above and beyond service
- provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
- anticipate guest needs and satisfaction
- offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
