Currently, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is seeking a Takeout Team Member for its Hamburg location. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service and eager to contribute to a dynamic, friendly environment. The Takeout Team Member acts as a vital link between the kitchen and guests, providing excellent customer service by answering questions, making food and beverage recommendations, and ensuring accurate order processing. This position demands professionalism, speed, and clear communication skills to efficiently handle customer orders using the point-of-sale system. The team member must be knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and able to assist guests effectively, contributing to a positive customer experience. This is an hourly position offering competitive pay between $16.00 and $18.50 per hour, with additional benefits depending on hours worked, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, accrued paid time off and sick hours, eligibility for 401(k) plans after one year of service, and opportunities for internal growth and promotion.
