As a Take-Out Specialist at California Pizza Kitchen, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable take-out experience for guests. This role requires friendly, organized individuals with a keen attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Take-Out Specialists maintain comprehensive knowledge of both new and existing menu items, including packaging details, enabling them to answer guest inquiries accurately and provide recommendations that enhance the guest's experience. Your responsibilities include managing walk-in and telephone orders, coordinating with third-party delivery services, and facilitating online orders efficiently. Additionally, you will handle payment processing, provide accurate estimated wait times, and prepare orders for timely pickup. Monitoring and assisting guests who use curbside pickup service is also an important part of ensuring seamless service.
