Tactical Security Officer - Patrol

Located in Portland, Oregon, GardaWorld is currently seeking qualified individuals to join their team as Tactical Security Officers. This position offers two full-time set schedules: Sunday through Wednesday from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. covering 32 hours, or Tuesday through Saturday from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. covering 40 hours. The role comes with a competitive hourly wage of $22.50, with the added convenience of DailyPay for employees.

The Tactical Security Officer position is vital in maintaining safety and security within high-risk areas. This role requires a proactive and vigilant individual who can read the environment keenly, anticipate potential risks, and respond quickly and effectively to any security threats. Physical endurance and the ability to remain alert during overnight shifts are crucial, as officers will be required to patrol various settings extensively. Responsibilities include monitoring alarms and surveillance equipment, controlling access to secure locations, documenting incidents thoroughly, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. Candidates must be able to provide a high school diploma or GED, have the ability to pass an extensive screening process, and preferably have first aid certification.
