Job Description

Pacific Bells is a prominent franchisee of Taco Bell, operating over 245 restaurants across 8 states in the U.S., with its corporate headquarters located in Vancouver, Washington. As a leading player in the quick-service restaurant industry, Pacific Bells prides itself on its commitment to excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and team development. The company is recognized for its dynamic growth and ambitious expansion plans, striving to bring the vibrant Taco Bell brand to more communities every day. Known for fostering a supportive work environment that values career progression and employee well-being, Pacific Bells offers an inclusive and exciting workplace culture where team members are empowered to succeed and thrive.

We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to lead our million-dollar business operations. Serving as the cornerstone of our restaurants, RGMs oversee all aspects of leadership, performance management, operational metrics, talent acquisition, and people development. This leadership role demands an individual with a passion for building strong teams, driving results, and enhancing the customer experience. Full availability is required to manage diverse shifts effectively, including morning, day, evening, and night shifts. The role not only involves strategic and operational responsibilities but also encourages having fun as part of the workplace culture. With a generous pay starting at $24 per hour and comprehensive benefits, this position is perfect for those eager to grow their career in the fast-paced restaurant industry.

Pacific Bells values internal growth, with over half of the Restaurant General Managers having started as team members before advancing to manage their own multimillion-dollar units. This clear career path demonstrates the company’s dedication to talent development and promotion from within. The RGMs play a vital role in maintaining the brand’s reputation by ensuring excellence in food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. They also contribute significantly to employee retention and fostering a positive culture that aligns with company values. Operational duties involve managing financial outcomes, monitoring key performance indicators, and aligning the team with Pacific Bells’ business objectives.

The role offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive leadership experience, develop management skills, and be part of a brand known for its innovative approach to fast food and its cultural influence. Pacific Bells supports its employees with incredible perks including same day pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, Live Mas scholarships up to $25,000, and access to an assistance fund for team members. Employees enjoy free food, flexible schedules, competitive pay, and access to discounts on phones, vacations, auto, and more, making it a rewarding career choice.

Pacific Bells is dedicated to being an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in all forms.
