We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to join our team. RGMs at Pacific Bells are entrusted with leading multi-million dollar business operations, overseeing comprehensive leadership and performance management, and driving operational excellence. This role requires a full-time commitment and full availability to manage and inspire restaurant teams effectively. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- availability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and overnight shifts
- ability to relocate to Columbus, OH before starting work
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- strong interpersonal skills
