Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
  • Must be able to read, speak and write in English
  • Must pass the SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Maintain current health card in adherence with local and state requirements
  • This position requires an average 45-hour workweek with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
  • Ability to read, speak and write in English
  • Proven experience in team development and operational management
  • Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Commitment to company culture and values

Job Duties

  • Identify, train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals empowering them to become leaders and excel in their roles
  • Strive to create world-class operations including exceptional customer service, pristine restaurant environments, and excellent food quality
  • Maintain consistently strong financial results by minimizing costs to achieve maximum profitability
  • Make sound and effective decisions and serve as a liaison between upper management and the team, adhering to an open-door policy
  • Conduct ongoing training workshops, provide real-time constructive feedback, and emphasize continuous learning and growth
  • Actively reinforce company culture and values by promoting inclusivity, recognition, and a fun, respectful atmosphere
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and local regulations
