Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
- Must be able to read, speak and write in English
- Must pass the SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Maintain current health card in adherence with local and state requirements
- This position requires an average 45-hour workweek with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Clear criminal background check
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
- Ability to read, speak and write in English
- Proven experience in team development and operational management
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Identify, train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals empowering them to become leaders and excel in their roles
- Strive to create world-class operations including exceptional customer service, pristine restaurant environments, and excellent food quality
- Maintain consistently strong financial results by minimizing costs to achieve maximum profitability
- Make sound and effective decisions and serve as a liaison between upper management and the team, adhering to an open-door policy
- Conduct ongoing training workshops, provide real-time constructive feedback, and emphasize continuous learning and growth
- Actively reinforce company culture and values by promoting inclusivity, recognition, and a fun, respectful atmosphere
- Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and local regulations
