Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of restaurant experience with leadership ability
- ability to read, speak and write in English
- must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam and maintain current health card
- flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays with average 45-hour work week
- reliable transportation
- clear criminal background check
- acceptable motor vehicle record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
- ability to read, speak and write in English
- must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam and maintain current health card
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of operational and financial management
Job Duties
- Identify, train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals, empowering them to become leaders and excel in their roles
- strive to create world-class operations including exceptional customer service, pristine restaurants that serve excellent food, and strong financials
- maintain consistently strong financial results by taking actions that keep costs to a minimum resulting in maximum profitability
- make sound and effective decisions and serve as a liaison between upper management and the team while adhering to an open-door policy
- conduct ongoing training workshops, provide constructive feedback in real-time, and stress the importance of continuous learning and growth
- actively reinforce company culture and values by incorporating individual and team recognition, promoting inclusivity, and fostering a fun and respectful atmosphere
- enforce adherence with company policies, procedures and local regulations
