The General Manager (GM) role at DRG is a pivotal leadership position within the company’s restaurant operations. Reporting directly to the Area Coach and Director of Operations, the GM is responsible for driving all aspects of restaurant performance. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant experience with leadership ability
  • ability to read, speak and write in English
  • must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam and maintain current health card
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays with average 45-hour work week
  • reliable transportation
  • clear criminal background check
  • acceptable motor vehicle record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
  • ability to read, speak and write in English
