Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- obtain a food handler certificate according to state or local requirements
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have reliable transportation
- maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene standards
- ability to work flexible hours, arrive on time and be dependable
- one year supervisor experience
Job Duties
- Assist with management of all restaurant operations
- drive excellent customer service and maintain company standards
- assist with finding, hiring, and developing Crew Members and Shift Supervisors
- oversee a team in a fast-paced environment ensuring food safety precautions
- draw up weekly schedules and order merchandise
- assist the General Manager with training, recruiting, promotions, and planning
- manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
- perform duties of dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier, and drive-thru order taker
- create and maintain a positive atmosphere among employees and customers
- ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation
- oversee health, safety, and security audits, initiate corrective actions
- maintain facility and equipment to standards
- follow proper opening and closing procedures
