The role requires vigilance and adherence to strict gaming regulations to protect the integrity of the games, ensuring all betting complies with house rules and minimum bets established. At the close of each game, dealers are responsible for sorting cards, balancing chips in the rack, counting chips, and finalizing game records with supervisors. Beyond technical skills, excellent guest service abilities are crucial to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to a positive casino environment.

In addition to the engaging work environment and competitive pay, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, discounts on shopping and travel through a rewards program, on-site dining options, paid orientation and job training, paid time off, 401K matching, and life insurance.
