Job Description

ASML is a leading technology company specializing in the design, development, integration, marketing, and servicing of advanced lithography machines essential for the production of faster, more energy-efficient, and cost-effective microchips. These microchips power a wide range of consumer electronics by enhancing functionality and reducing size, enabling innovation across various industries worldwide. Headquartered in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, ASML operates 18 office locations throughout the United States, including key hubs in Hillsboro, Oregon; Wilton, Connecticut; Chandler, Arizona; San Jose, California; and San Diego, California. The HR Performance Specialist role within ASML's US Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Team offers a dynamic and impactful career opportunity. This position is centered around leveraging analytics and business intelligence to drive critical talent acquisition decisions. Your strategic insights will inform workforce planning, succession strategies, employee engagement metrics, and legal compliance initiatives. As a subject matter expert on US TA processes and technology infrastructure, you will collaborate across functions to ensure project timelines are met and operational excellence is achieved.

This role requires robust analytical skills combined with strong communication and project management abilities. You will be responsible for translating complex datasets into clear narratives that support decision-making at various organizational levels. With a salary range of $109,500 to $164,250, the role offers a flexible work environment, with options for remote work up to two days per week, based out of any major US office locations. ASML also provides competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, generous vacation leave, and paid holidays, fostering a supportive workplace culture where employee wellbeing and professional growth are prioritized.
