With a robust team of 80,000 professionals, TEKsystems partners with over 6,000 clients, including 80% of the Fortune 500 companies, to deliver innovative solutions and real-world applications that drive impactful change across North America, Europe, and Asia. The company's comprehensive service offerings span strategy, design, execution, and operations, enabling clients to harness the power of technology to unlock business value and stay competitive in fast-evolving markets. As a proud member of the Allegis Group, TEKsystems is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce and is an equal opportunity employer, considering all applications without regard to race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics.

We are currently seeking to add two Systems Engineers to our engineering team based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This is a contract-to-hire or direct placement opportunity with a competitive hourly pay range of $38.00 to $50.00, translating roughly to an annual salary between $66,000 and $106,000. The positions call for individuals with intermediate-level experience who are eager to contribute to an expanding team environment where more focused expertise is valued. Unlike our traditional approach that emphasized generalist skills, the new roles are designed to bring in specialized knowledge particularly in Microsoft 365 tools for one position and a broader generalist infrastructure and security focus for the other.

The Systems Engineer role is pivotal in supporting and evolving our client’s IT infrastructure, ensuring robust system administration, and maintaining high levels of operational excellence. Candidates will be expected to work primarily onsite in Kenosha, with some flexibility for hybrid or remote work arrangements considered for exceptional candidates. The position involves managing critical technologies including Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization platforms, Active Directory, Microsoft Office systems, as well as asset management tools like SolarWinds and storage area networks such as Pure Storage. Familiarity with F5 load balancers is also advantageous.

The role offers a dynamic work environment where engineers collaborate closely across infrastructure and security teams, enhancing system capabilities and securing organizational assets. TEKsystems emphasizes continuous learning and career development, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company’s vast global network. Furthermore, eligible employees have access to an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, life insurance options, short and long-term disability coverage, health spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance programs, and generous paid time off. This comprehensive package underscores TEKsystems’ commitment to the well-being and work-life balance of its team members.

Candidates passionate about technology, eager to make meaningful impacts, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting will find this role highly rewarding. Applicants are encouraged to bring both technical proficiency and a proactive attitude to help drive the client’s IT effectiveness and business objectives forward.
