This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving infrastructure modernization and leveraging automation technologies to enhance reliability and efficiency.

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for overseeing both physical and virtual enterprise server infrastructure across distributed sites, including VMware and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure. Your work will be critical in strengthening infrastructure security through comprehensive system hardening, patching, vulnerability management, and adherence to HIPAA-aligned controls that protect sensitive health information.

Additionally, the role involves driving monitoring and operational excellence strategies through advanced observability and alerting tools, managing backup and disaster recovery plans in alignment with Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), and implementing infrastructure automation through scripting and configuration management. You will be an essential resource in change management processes and contribute significantly to our long-term technology roadmap and strategic initiatives.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package that supports a healthy work-life balance and professional growth within a mission-driven organization.
