- Minimum 10 years experience in design and architecture of data services including COTS products and security identity and access management
- Minimum 8 years experience developing system architecture, software architecture, and enterprise architecture diagrams with technical specifications
- Thorough experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Detailed experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and data modeling
- Experience working within agile sprint development teams using ServiceNow
- Experience establishing enterprise service offerings
- Ability to collaborate creatively with program personnel
- Composure and leadership under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills

Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end architecture design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
- Serve as technical lead evaluating architectural fit and integration complexity
- Identify must-have versus nice-to-have features across core workflows such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management
- Act as liaison with government technical leaders and program leadership
- Develop and implement standards for technology acquisition and maintenance
- Deliver products in coordination with agile teams and participate in briefings
- Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and architectural principles to minimize technical debt
- Focus on long-term scalability and strategic roadmap alignment
- Assess alternative requirements to balance out-of-the-box functionality against custom coding
- Architect integrations with third-party technologies and serve as platform SME
- Lead creation of architectural blueprints leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities
