Job Requirements
- technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- minimum of 2 years related work experience
- no supervisory experience needed
- ability to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software
- familiarity with LAN, WAN, and internet network systems
- capability to train users on system security and usage
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- capacity to stand or sit for prolonged periods
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks and workstations
- support server systems, hardware, and software
- manage user accounts and computer/telephone rooms
- train and instruct users on proper use and security of systems
- troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, LAN, WAN, and internet
- respond to program error messages and provide network communications support
- analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements
- plan and coordinate IT equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system enhancements
- plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures
- provide end-user support for all applications
- plan and manage disk space for the entire network
- maintain accurate inventory of technological devices
- ensure backup tapes are securely locked
- follow company policies and procedures
- address guest service needs and assist employees
- communicate professionally and answer telephones appropriately
- serve as role model for Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- identify and implement ways to increase efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings
- move and lift objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
