The role of System Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare is an exciting opportunity to lead culinary operations with a focus on trendsetting, efficiency, safety, and sanitary food production across multiple units. This position entails overseeing all aspects of menu development, inventory control, purchasing, and food cost management while also leading and developing culinary staff. Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or related bachelor's degree preferred
- three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet
- ServSafe certification
- strong leadership ability
- ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, and customers
- experience in menu development, food cost control, and staff management
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- bachelor's degree in food services technology, management, or related field preferred
- three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, depending on formal degree or training
- experience with planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective
- strong leadership skills
- comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends

Job Duties
- Develop high culinary standards for retail, board meals, dining, and catering operations
- train, develop, and provide inspirational leadership to local culinary team
