The current opportunity is for a skilled and personable Switchboard Operator based at the Crisis Care Unit located at 2900 Stabler Street, Lansing, MI. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The salary range for this vital role begins at $16.98 per hour, with the potential for annual increases up to $20.54 per hour, reflecting the organization's commitment to rewarding dedication and performance. Reporting under the supervision of the Property and Facilities Manager within the General Administration department, the Switchboard Operator plays an essential role in ensuring smooth and efficient communication across the agency.

The primary responsibility is to operate the central switchboard, efficiently receiving and directing incoming calls to the appropriate office, program, or personnel. Job Requirements

- one year clerical experience involving public contact customer service and phone answering
