Currently, Verstela is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to join their team on a swing shift at their client site located in Buckeye, just off Miller and the I-10 freeway. The Onsite Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing daily activities and supporting a team of candidates working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position offers an hourly pay range of $24.00 to $28.00, which reflects the importance and responsibility of the role. The standard working schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM, with required overtime on Fridays during peak sales periods to accommodate operational demands. This schedule allows the Onsite Supervisor to oversee swing shift operations and handle any issues or challenges that may arise effectively.
