The role available is for a Certified Swing Manager with a starting pay rate of $13 per hour. This position is located within a fast-paced restaurant environment, focused on delivering excellent customer service, quality food production, and effective team leadership. The Swing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that both staff and operational standards meet the brand’s expectations during assigned shifts.

The Swing Manager leads shifts weekly and is responsible for maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) throughout the shift. Leadership duties include coaching crew members, managing shift operations, handling inventory, maintaining safety and security, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Managers plan and oversee shift activities, monitor team performance, and take necessary actions to achieve business objectives such as profitability and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities encompass food safety compliance, internal communication between team members, inventory control, daily maintenance and cleanliness, staff management, production of quality food, customer service, safety and security oversight, scheduling, and training new or existing crew members. The Swing Manager also has the responsibility to assist various departments in meeting their goals and ensure smooth handoffs to succeeding shifts.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings. Candidates must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be positive, flexible team players with the enthusiasm to lead others. The minimum age requirement for managers in corporate-operated McDonald’s restaurants is 18 years or older.
