Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure team meets McDonald’s quality, service and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts
- communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for handoff
- meet targets and assist assigned Departments to meet goals
- manage food safety compliance
- handle internal communication
- manage inventory
- maintain daily cleanliness
- manage crew
- ensure quality food production
- deliver exceptional customer service
- oversee safety and security
