Job Description

The job posting is for a Certified Swing Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. This franchisee operates separately from McDonald’s USA and is fully responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA itself has no involvement or control over employment decisions at this restaurant. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lead a fast paced team
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
  • Strong commitment to quality customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • Positive team player with passion for fast paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 18 years old to qualify as manager in corporate owned restaurants

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring customers get a fast accurate friendly experience
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonald’s standards
  • Monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
  • Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage food safety internal communication and inventory management
  • Oversee scheduling training daily maintenance cleanliness quality food production and exceptional customer service
