Job Duties
- Greets patrons as they enter the facility
- accepts admission fees and operates a cash register to receive money and provide change to patrons
- processes course registrations, pool reservations, and pool passes
- provides information to patrons at the facility and on the phone
- communicates and enforces pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner to patrons
- records and processes course registrations, pool reservations, passes, and daily admission fees
- completes all required reports and records accurately and on schedule, and submits/deposits such records to the proper person or office
- responds quickly to all emergency situations as needed
- facilitates the timely and effective resolution of patron complaints
- maintains a clean and neat work area
- continually practices safe work habits and alerts management about safety and other workplace concerns
- reports for duty at the times specified and ensures a high standard of personal presentation and appearance is maintained at all times
- observes and advises about all rules and regulations of the facility
- performs related duties as required
