Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
excellent communication skills
ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
good physical stamina and strength
current Food Handler's Certification

Job Qualifications

Must be able to read and understand tickets
stand for long periods of time
lift a minimum of 50 lbs
properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures
