Job Description

Sixty Vines is a chef-driven restaurant that takes pride in crafting menus inspired by the seasonal cuisine of the wine country. Located in a vibrant community where culinary excellence meets a passion for wine, Sixty Vines offers guests a unique dining experience by emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and preparing dishes in an open scratch kitchen. The restaurant’s knowledgeable staff enhances this experience by expertly pairing each dish with the perfect glass of wine, underlining the concept that food truly tastes better with wine. Sixty Vines is dedicated to delivering exceptional flavors and warm hospitality in an inviting atmosphere, making it a favorite choice for food and wine enthusiasts alike.

Sixty Vines is currently seeking a Line Cook to join their dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food items according to specific recipes, ensuring all dishes are executed accurately and presented beautifully. The role requires strict adherence to the preparation methods, cook times, and quality standards established by the Chef Partner. You will work closely with other kitchen staff and management to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced culinary setting and are passionate about delivering excellent food consistently. The role also offers competitive pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour, based on experience, and comes with valuable benefits including flexible schedules, insurance options after 60 days for those meeting minimum hourly requirements, paid time off after one year, quarterly wine country trips, and opportunities for WSET or Sommelier certification. The Line Cook position at Sixty Vines is more than just a job – it’s a chance to develop your culinary skills, grow within a supportive team, and be part of a restaurant that values quality, creativity, and a love for wine and food.
