Job Duties
- Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner
- Handle all incoming telephone calls before the third ring using professional verbiage and a positive tone
- Maintain clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women’s restroom
- Manage reservations system including seating within reservation times and quoting accurate wait times
- Escort guests to assigned tables while engaging in light conversation
- Assist in bussing tables when needed
- Provide guest assistance and directions around the restaurant
