This full-time Food Service Supervisor position is part of Aramark's passionate Food Services Team. As a supervisor, you will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead daily operations within the food services department, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high standards for food safety and quality. Your role is instrumental in overseeing staff, managing schedules, and fostering teamwork and morale among employees. The position demands a high level of multitasking ability and a commitment to maintaining a safe and hazard-free environment while supporting the department's objectives and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include producing and maintaining work schedules, preparing production packets with recipes and production sheets, and ensuring food items are stored safely and served according to menu specifications. You will be accountable for enforcing sanitation standards and adhering to health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining accurate inventories and logs for equipment maintenance and food safety checks. Exceptional leadership skills are essential, as you will supervise and evaluate employees, promote staff growth, and provide training and mentorship. The role requires active involvement in catering events, occasional evening and weekend work, and the flexibility to fill in for absent employees as needed. Communication with staff through various channels and promoting positive public relations are also key aspects of this role. Job Requirements
