The candidate will handle equipment in the Sushi Prep Area and ensure proper preparation, packaging, labeling, and inventory of ingredients and merchandise.

Moreover, the position requires maintaining product quality by checking freshness, reviewing sell-by dates, and labeling and stocking the department merchandise efficiently. Reporting discrepancies in product ordering or shipping is also an essential aspect of the role.
